SHIPPING POLICY

At Velvet & Vow, we are committed to delivering our high-performance products to you, wherever you are in the world. We take pride in ensuring that your order is handled with the utmost care from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your doorstep.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 10 business days for standard international shipping.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that Velvet & Vow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Velvet & Vow experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find a solution.

  • Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, items that have been opened or had their protective seals removed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
